Dear Ralph You may not remember but we exchanged e-mails on august 10th regarding the fairy backpack. You hoped to put her by as I was, and still am, overseas. I own a couple of children's nurseries in North Devon and was thrilled to come across your site as most of the catalogue and 'recommended' suppliers to nurseries are so expensive and I recently got extremely cross with Hope Education as they let me down badly on a delivery so I don't see why they should continue to have my business!!
